On February 1st, 2026, Indigenous Healer Asha Frost will be joining Jenny Sawanohk for a special Fireside Teaching & Healing.... Day Retreat: Mama Bear Medicine Circle.
Winter is a Sacred Time for rest and reflection; inviting us to come inward and to gently stoke our inner fires. The Fire needed to stay warm during the colder months, and the Light needed to navigate this Season of Darkness. This is a Time for introspection and healing, if we allow ourselves the silence and stillness needed to welcome it.
Bear Medicine symbolizes powerful spiritual healing. They are healers, protectors, and guides, teaching lessons of solitude, resilience, and balance between assertiveness and nurturing. It involves tapping into deep inner wisdom, overcoming challenges, and finding renewal through quiet self-reflection.
