There is no better time than now to understand how to keep our minds at ease, our hearts at peace, and our bodies in a state of regeneration. The world needs our loving strength and unwavering faith now more than ever.
Jenny will offer Teachings and Energy Healing to ground you, relax your mind, recalibrate your nervous system, and tend to the needs of your heart and spirit. The evening will focus on connecting with the energy of Winter, and our sacred place within Nature and all Creation.
