It is Fall, and Nature asks us to challenge ourselves with letting go of ongoing patterns that keep us stuck in a state of woundedness, panic and fear. As the Darker months approach, there is no better time than now to understand how to keep our minds at ease, our hearts at peace, and our bodies in rest. The world needs our loving strength and unwavering faith now more than ever.
Jenny will offer Teachings and Energy Healing to ground you, relax your mind, recalibrate your nervous system, and tend to the needs of your heart and spirit. The evening will focus on connecting with the energy of Autumn, and our sacred place within Nature and all Creation.
